Collaborate with engineering and product teams to streamline B2B client onboarding, improve test environments, and drive automation and reporting enhancements. Support product delivery by prioritizing backlogs, defining clear product outcomes, and using data-driven insights to optimize performance and address customer needs. All duties will be performed using a wide variety of tools mainly using Agile Methodology, JIRA, & Confluence.
